MRI Software
Job Description
Implementation Manager | Real Estate Software | New Zealand
MRI Software is looking for an experienced Implementation Manager to join our New Zealand team, leading client onboarding and delivery for our Vault CRM solution suite.
The role
You'll report to the CRM Services Manager and operate as an individual contributor - there's no people management responsibility in this role. While you'll spend much of your time embedded with clients, you're very much part of the MRI team. You'll collaborate closely with internal colleagues across technical support, data migration, and product, and have the full backing of the business behind every engagement. You're the face of delivery for your clients, but never working in isolation.
You'll own the end-to-end delivery of Vault CRM implementations for our residential clients across New Zealand - from initial scoping through to go-live and beyond. Depending on project scale, you may lead a single enterprise engagement or manage several smaller clients in parallel.
What you'll do
Client delivery
Lead end-to-end Vault CRM implementation and onboarding projects
Configure Vault CRM to match real estate workflows and business processes
Plan and deliver training, workshops, and post-go-live support
Support data migration in collaboration with internal teams
Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and delivery outcomes
Client relationships
Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients throughout delivery
Build trusted, long-term partnerships with key stakeholders
Represent MRI in client meetings and delivery forums
Operational support
Provide onsite rollout support and travel to client locations as needed
Support post-launch user adoption, system stability, and engagement
Contribute to ongoing improvement of onboarding processes and training frameworks
What we're looking for
Essential:
A genuine understanding of how real estate businesses operate — gained through working in an agency, property management, real estate operations, or a PropTech/real estate software environment. We care more about the depth of your industry knowledge than the specific role you held or how long you held it.
Important:
Experience in client-facing delivery or software implementation
Strong communication and facilitation skills - you're comfortable running a room
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver autonomously
Experience with CRM platforms or system implementations
Strong analytical and problem-solving instincts
About you
You're a self-directed professional who takes ownership of your projects and keeps clients informed and confident throughout. You understand real estate from the inside, which means clients trust your judgment quickly. You're equally comfortable in a boardroom walkthrough and a hands-on training session, and you know how to translate complex system capabilities into practical workflows.
Location & logistics
Travel is a genuine part of this role. During active implementation phases you may be onsite with clients regularly so overnight travel should be expected. Between projects, travel is lighter.
Benefits
Flexible working arrangements
6 Flexi AnyDays — finish 2.5 hours early on selected days
3 Me Days — additional paid wellbeing leave for eligible employees
An engaging, inclusive culture (check out MRI Software APAC on Instagram)
