About the role

Descripción del Puesto:

El/La HR Generalist es responsable de ejecutar y apoyar procesos clave de Recursos Humanos, combinando actividades operativas y participación en iniciativas estratégicas de talento. Actúa como enlace entre colaboradores, líderes de negocio y equipo de RH a nivel LATAM, asegurando la correcta implementación de programas, eventos, políticas y prácticas de RRHH.

Este rol se distingue por su enfoque en la operación diaria con impacto en el negocio, con potencial de evolución hacia funciones de HR Business Partner.

Responsabilidades:

  • Ejecutar procesos de programas de Engagement y Desarrollo Organizacional.

  • Coordinar y ejecutar el proceso de onboarding asegurando una experiencia cálida y alineada a la cultura organizacional.

  • Apoyar en la implementación de campañas e iniciativas de comunicación interna.

  • Ejecutar procesos de headhunting y atracción de talento joven (recién egresados o practicantes).

  • Participar en iniciativas como High Performance Program y desarrollo organizacional.

  • Gestionar el proceso de evaluación de Great Place to Work y analizar encuestas de clima laboral, engagement y data relacionada al talento.

  • Analizar datos (encuestas, entrevistas de salida, indicadores) para generar estrategias.

  • Proponer ideas creativas que contribuyan al fortalecimiento de la cultura organizacional.

  • Dar seguimiento a cumplimiento de entrenamientos y políticas corporativas.

  • Colaborar con HRBPs y líderes regionales de RH (Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, DE&I)

  • Coordinar con áreas internas (Finance, Legal, IT, Facilities) para necesidades operativas.

  • Garantizar confidencialidad y manejo ético de la información.

Experiencia, Skills y Conocimientos:

  • Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Administración, Psicología o afín

  • +4 años de experiencia como HR Generalist, HRBP Jr o similar.

  • Experiencia en procesos operativos y desarrollo de iniciativas estratégicas de Recursos Humanos.

  • Experiencia en el diseño y gestión de programas y eventos de cultura. 

  • Experiencia en evaluación de desempeño y y planes de sucesión y carrera del talento. 

  • Manejo de Workday o HRIS preferible.

  • Manejo de Microsoft Office (Excel y Power Point intermedio-avanzado)

  • Inglés: 75% Intermedio - Avanzado (Deseable)

  • Análisis de datos y generación de reportes ejecutivos para presentar ante líderes.

  • Comunicación efectiva, habilidad de Influencia y relación con líderes de negocio.

  • Organización. Atención al detalle y accountability.

  • Pensamiento estratégico con enfoque en negocio

  • Creatividad, iniciativa y disposición para aprender.
