Responsibilities:

  • Financial Consolidation & Reporting Leadership: Lead global financial consolidation and deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with company policies and IFRS.

  • Financial Analysis & Executive Support: Partner with the Corporate Controller to analyze financial performance, conduct variance analysis, and provide actionable insights to senior management.

  • Close, Controls & Compliance Oversight: Oversee corporate close processes, budget-to-actual analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, transfer pricing, and adherence to accounting policies and internal controls.

  • Audit, Risk & Technical Accounting: Manage internal and external audits; provide accounting guidance, research technical issues, and prepare accounting position papers and memos.

  • Planning, Forecasting & Strategic Growth: Support annual budgeting, forecasting, corporate allocations, M&A activities, and business integrations.

  • Process Improvement & Transformation: Drive standardization, system upgrades, and process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and support a best‑in‑class finance organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPA preferred

  • 5-8 years of progressive accounting or controlling experience, including exposure to complex, multientity environments

  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced proficiency in Excel.

  • Demonstrated initiative, creativity, strategic capabilities, and ability to work effectively in complex, rapidly changing environments.

  • Public accounting background or medical device manufacturing experience preferred
