Responsibilities:
Financial Consolidation & Reporting Leadership: Lead global financial consolidation and deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with company policies and IFRS.
Financial Analysis & Executive Support: Partner with the Corporate Controller to analyze financial performance, conduct variance analysis, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Close, Controls & Compliance Oversight: Oversee corporate close processes, budget-to-actual analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, transfer pricing, and adherence to accounting policies and internal controls.
Audit, Risk & Technical Accounting: Manage internal and external audits; provide accounting guidance, research technical issues, and prepare accounting position papers and memos.
Planning, Forecasting & Strategic Growth: Support annual budgeting, forecasting, corporate allocations, M&A activities, and business integrations.
Process Improvement & Transformation: Drive standardization, system upgrades, and process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and support a best‑in‑class finance organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPA preferred
5-8 years of progressive accounting or controlling experience, including exposure to complex, multi‑entity environments
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced proficiency in Excel.
Demonstrated initiative, creativity, strategic capabilities, and ability to work effectively in complex, rapidly changing environments.
Public accounting background or medical device manufacturing experience preferred
