You will lead supply chain planning for sites, turning long-range plans into clear, actionable supply requirements. You will work closely with manufacturing, commercial and logistics teams to prevent stock gaps and reduce excess inventory. Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain supply and distribution plans that translate demand into manufacturing and delivery schedules.

  • Manage supply risk and lead issue resolution to reduce stock-outs and minimize business disruption.

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators for inventory, service levels, and plan adherence.

  • Partner with manufacturing, procurement, commercial and logistics to align forecasts, lead times, and replenishment rules.

  • Lead continuous improvement projects to simplify processes and improve planning accuracy.

  • Support new product introductions, product transfers and special supply events with clear plans and stakeholder coordination.

 

Education, Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.

  • Certification such as APICS, Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement training is a plus.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in supply chain planning, distribution planning, site scheduling, or related roles.

  • Exposure to Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP), Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) or similar planning tools.

  • Familiarity with Power BI, Advanced Excel, or other data visualization tools.

  • Experience managing inventory, safety stock, and replenishment parameters.

  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and make decisions in a matrix environment.

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, FMCG or regulated industries.

  • Clear written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Proven track record leading change and delivering measurable performance improvements.
