About the Position
As a B‑Level Technician, you will handle mid‑ to advanced‑level mechanical and electrical work. You’ll diagnose issues, perform repairs, complete maintenance services, and help keep customers’ vehicles safe, reliable, and performing at their best.

️ Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and safety checks
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems using tools and diagnostic equipment
- Repair and replace components:
- Engines
- Transmissions
- Brakes
- Steering/Suspension systems
- Troubleshoot complex issues and recommend appropriate repairs
- Collaborate with other technicians and service staff to maintain efficient workflow
- Document all repairs, procedures, and parts used accurately
- Stay current with new repair techniques, tools, and industry trends
- Interact professionally with customers when needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical school training or certifications (preferred but not required)
- Proven experience as a B‑Level Technician, mechanic, or similar role
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and repair processes
- Ability to use diagnostic scanners, tools, and shop equipment
- Ability to read and interpret manuals, diagrams, and schematics
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Physical capability to lift, bend, and work on vehicles
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
