This position reports to:
Commercial Operations Manager Central Europe__
As Customer Care Leader, you will oversee end‑to‑end customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience and strong operational performance. You will drive service improvements, standardize processes, and enhance cross‑functional collaboration. Your team will manage order processing, customer support, inventory planning, and logistics to ensure reliable service, on‑time delivery, and high customer satisfaction.
Your role & responsibilities
• Drive Customer Care Excellence: Lead customer support processes across local Sales units, ensuring efficient inquiry-to-delivery workflows and high customer satisfaction.
• Lead Order Management & Service Performance: Oversee order processing, delivery coordination, and key service metrics including on-time delivery, DIH, and NPS.
• Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, and Logistics to resolve customer issues and improve after-sales support.
• Manage Inventory & Logistics Operations: Coordinate purchasing, warehouse activities, and import/export processes to maintain optimal inventory and delivery performance.
Qualifications for the role
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in customer care, sales support, order management, supply chain, or customer operations leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in customer service operations, order fulfillment processes, logistics coordination, and inventory planning.
• Proven experience leading teams and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to improve service performance and customer satisfaction.
• Solid understanding of warehouse management, import/export processes, and supply chain operations in an international business environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with fluency in German and English.
• Open to travel
The minimum compensation in Austria, in accordance with the electrical and electronics industry collective agreement, is 68.676,58 EUR annual for a full-time position as of May 2026.
