Job Description

As a Regional Operations Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across a portfolio of Bus Partners and routes within your region. You will play a key role in maintaining safety, quality, punctuality, and customer experience standards while supporting partners in their daily operations and long-term development. 

This is a highly operational role combining team and stakeholder management, field work, operational performance management and project execution. 

About the Role

  • Manage Bus Partners and routes, ensuring operational performance and full compliance with safety, punctuality, quality, and customer‑experience standards
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with Bus Partners, acting as their main operational contact and monitoring KPIs with corresponding improvement actions
  • Conduct vehicle, driver, and operational inspections, ensuring follow‑up on corrective actions and delivering operational trainings to support partner and driver development
  • Lead and support operational projects and process‑improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality
  • Support crisis management, operational disruptions, and incident resolution together with internal and external stakeholders
  • Cooperate with cross‑functional teams and provide regular reporting on operational performance, risks, and key insights
  • Manage and develop direct reports, ensuring clear priorities, performance management, and ongoing professional development

About You

  • Fluent Ukrainian and English, both written and spoken is a must
  • Experience in operations, transport, logistics, or a similar operational environment 
  • Proven experience managing external partners and strong stakeholder‑management skills
  • Willingness to travel within the region and across Europe when legally permitted
  • Experience in passenger transport operations (nice to have)
  • Experience leading or mentoring team members (nice to have)
  • Knowledge of a Caucasian language (nice to have)
