What You Will Do:

• Role definitions and responsibilities
• 负责监督生产单元的设备维护与维修团队管理，持续提升设备可靠性与维护效率，并确保员工严格遵守安全程序与标准。
• Responsible for overseeing equipment maintenance and maintenance personnel within the production unit, continuously improving equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency, and ensuring full compliance with safety procedures and standards.
• 为员工和承包商制定工作计划；审核技术人员完成的维修工作。
  Creating work plans for staff and contractors; reviewing the maintenance work performed by technicians.
• 对设备和工具提出采购决定与建议；定期对员工开展各类维护流程和技术培训。
  Making purchasing decisions and recommendations regarding equipment and tools; training the workers periodically on various maintenance processes and techniques.
• 监控维护预算；为当前维护活动识别更具成本效益的替代方案。
  Monitoring the maintenance budget; identifying cost-effective alternatives for current maintenance activities.
• 跟踪日常库存，检查生产单元磨损情况；确保按时完成更换。
  Tracking daily inventories, inspecting production units for wear and tear; ensuring replacements are made on time.
• 辅导和培养团队，鼓励、激励并引导个人学习与提升工作成效。
  Coaching and mentoring teams to encourage, motivate, and guide individuals in learning and improving effectiveness.

  Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.
• 全面生产维护（TPM）：了解TPM原则、方法和流程；能够通过相关支持部门的积极参与来最大化设备效能。基础理解包括：描述与OEE相关的维护指标；解释TPM的历史、概念和目标；识别TPM的支柱；概述TQM与TPM的异同。
  Total Productive Maintenance (TPM): Knowledge of total productive maintenance principles, methods, and processes; ability to maximize machinery effectiveness through active involvement of all supporting departments. Level Basic Understanding: Describes the maintenance indicators associated with Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE); explains the history, concept, and objectives of TPM; identifies the pillars of TPM; outlines the similarities and differences between TQM and TPM.
• 具备机加工设备机械及电气故障诊断、维修与快速复原能力，能够独立处理CNC设备相关异常。
  Demonstrated ability to diagnose, repair, and restore mechanical and electrical faults on machining equipment, with the capability to independently handle CNC-related issues.
• 熟悉Fanuc数控系统的报警分析、参数检查及主轴、伺服轴等关键单元故障处理，具备较强的现场问题定位能力。
  Familiar with Fanuc CNC alarm analysis, parameter verification, and troubleshooting of key units such as spindles and servo axes, with strong on-site problem identification capability.
• 具备三菱或西门子PLC程序阅读、故障排查、调试及基础编程能力，并熟悉HMI逻辑、I/O信号、传感器及执行元件的联动验证。
  Proficient in reading, troubleshooting, debugging, and basic programming of Mitsubishi or Siemens PLCs, with solid understanding of HMI logic, I/O signals, sensors, and actuator interlock verification.
• 熟悉Modbus、Profinet等工业通信协议，能够完成PLC、机器人、视觉系统及外围设备之间的通信排查与数据采集支持。
  Familiar with industrial communication protocols such as Modbus and Profinet, and able to support communication troubleshooting and data acquisition among PLCs, robots, vision systems, and peripheral equipment.

Required Qualifications:

• 学历要求：大专及以上。
• Education Requirement: College diploma or above.
• 2. 相关工作经验：3年及以上。
• Relevant Work Experience: 3 years or above.

Desired Qualifications:

• 具备工业机器人基础编程与调试能力，能够支持KUKA、Fanuc、新松或同类机器人示教、程序修改及与PLC联调者优先。Basic robot programming and debugging capability is preferred, including teaching, program modification, and PLC integration for KUKA, Fanuc, Siasun, or similar industrial robots.
• 具备良好的安全意识，熟悉安全回路、安全继电器、互锁逻辑及高风险作业控制要求；同时具备重复性故障根因分析及永久改善推动能力。
  Strong safety awareness is required, including familiarity with safety circuits, safety relays, interlock logic, and high-risk work controls; capability in root cause analysis and implementation of permanent corrective actions for recurring failures is also expected.
• 具备基础数字化应用能力，熟悉Power BI、Power Automate、Power Apps等工具；具备基础Python或C#编程及SQL数据库应用能力者优先。
  Basic digital application capability is required, including familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps; candidates with basic Python or C# programming and SQL database skills are preferred.
• 具备自动化项目实施经验，能够参与设备翻新、控制系统升级、自动上下料机构或非标设备调试；具备基础工业相机/视觉系统应用能力者优先。 Experience in automation project implementation, including equipment refurbishment, control system upgrades, automatic loading/unloading systems, or non-standard equipment commissioning; basic industrial camera/vision system application capability is preferred.

This position requires working onsite five days a week.
