Purpose

Deliver welcoming, front-line customers service to TIP Office visitors while managing daily administrative operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide front-line customer service for the TIP office by welcoming visitors, assisting students with appointments and printing, managing communication through email and phone, and coordinating advisor scheduling updates.
  • Support daily office operations by maintaining an organized workspace, managing supplies, deliveries, and assisting with CNS Outpost operations, and helping with storage and logistics as needed.
  • Provide administrative and project support to TIP staff by assisting with office operations, staff initiatives, and financial reconciliation tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Open to current & former TIP Scholars In-residence.
  • Overall 3.0 GPA or higher
  • Polite and effective phone etiquette
  • Basic Office 365 knowledge
  • Plan to enroll full-time during the upcoming academic year

Preferred Qualifications

  • Creative ability and willingness to learn 
  • Willing to be flexible and teachable  

Salary Range

$11.50

Working Conditions

  • Environmental Demands: may work around standard office conditions
  • Physical Tasks: Repetitive use of a keyboard at a workstation
