- The Agency Conventional Learning & Development Head is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning and development programs that enhance the capabilities, performance, and engagement of agency partners and their teams. This role bridges organizational learning strategy with field-level execution, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands.

Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in training, learning and development, or organizational development
- 3-5 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Demonstrated experience in financial services, insurance, or related regulated industries preferred
- Professional certifications (e.g., ATD, SHRM, CIPD)
- Experience with learning technology platforms and data analytics
- Background in agency or distribution channel management

Develop and execute learning strategies that support agency productivity, sales performance, and customer service excellence
Assess learning needs through analysis of performance data, feedback, and market trends
Manage learning budgets and optimize resource allocation

Build and maintain relationships with agency leaders and learning stakeholders
