Responsible for handling new resorts, products/programs, special projects, escalations, and complex title matters to ensure proper legal title transfer. Identifies process improvements, audits workflows, and supports decision-making through report reviews. Builds strong collaboration to meet operational goals, provides training, and assists in drafting and updating standard operating procedures. Also performs Closer responsibilities and supports team members as needed.

How You’ll Shine

Handles new and complex assignments to determine eligibility for conveyance document preparation
Prepares and reviews conveyance documents and conducts title and ownership research
Audits processes, reviews reports, and provides insights to support decision-making
Identifies process gaps and recommends improvements
Resolves escalated issues by coordinating with stakeholders and communicating professionally
Serves as a subject matter expert for brands, products, and systems; updates records accordingly
Provides training, guidance, and assists in developing and updating SOPs and training materials
Participates in or leads special projects and represents the team in meetings
Performs other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring

3–5 years of office experience
2+ years’ experience in timeshare or title-related roles
2+ years’ experience in a customer service role
Certified Florida Notary is an advantage
