Your day will be dynamic and impact-driven. You'll dive into vendor performance data, craft strategic communication plans, and proactively resolve potential financial disruptions. You'll engage with vendors, analyze intricate financial trends, and develop innovative solutions that streamline our global operations.

Our Global Finance Operations team is a collaborative powerhouse dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of financial precision and vendor relationships. We work together to create efficient, transparent, and mutually beneficial partnerships that drive Amazon's global business forward.
Key Job Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive root cause analyses of financial discrepancies and develop strategic resolution initiatives
Manage relationships with top-tier vendors, fostering trust and ensuring smooth business operations
Create and maintain detailed vendor health scorecards, proactively addressing potential account risks
Analyze operational performance metrics and develop insightful presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally with Retail and Finance teams to align vendor management strategies
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Demonstrated experience in financial operations and vendor management
Proficiency in financial analysis and performance tracking
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced spreadsheet and data visualization software expertise
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Business or Finance
Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
Multilingual communication capabilities
Advanced certification in financial management
Experience in global vendor relationship management
- 4+ years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience
- 2+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- Knowledge of standard software including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA skills
- Experience using data to influence business decisions
- Experience in corporate finance including budgeting/planning, forecasting and reporting
