YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a highly organized and process-driven Legal Operations Specialist to support the effective functioning of our 60-person Legal team at Glovo and ensure seamless alignment with Delivery Hero’s group-level legal operations initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of technology, process optimization, and team collaboration, and will be instrumental in building scalable systems and tools that enhance efficiency, transparency, and impact across the function.

THE JOURNEY

  • Tool Selection, Implementation & Roll-Out
    - Lead the selection, launch, and implementation of legal tech tools for the Legal team (e.g., matter management, contract lifecycle management, data protection management, knowledge management).
    - Ensure full alignment with group-level initiatives led by Delivery Hero and manage the local roll-out at Glovo.
    - Conduct needs assessments, gather requirements, evaluate vendor options, and coordinate with procurement, IT, and security teams.

  • Change Management & Team Adoption
    - Develop and execute adoption strategies to ensure successful onboarding and usage of new tools.
    - Design and deliver training materials, user guides, and workshops to support smooth implementation.

  • AI & Automation Initiatives
    - Collaborate with the Data team to design and develop ad hoc AI-based solutions that automate repetitive work currently handled manually by Legal team members.
    - Identify automation opportunities, support model training, and help create documentation and training content for end users.

  • Data, Reporting & Insights
    - Support the development of dashboards, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to improve visibility on legal performance, workloads, and processes.
    - Maintain structured and accurate data across tools and systems.
  •  Team Life, Enablement & Ways of Working (Secondary Mission)
    - OKR Coordination: Coordinate the definition, alignment, and consolidation of Legal team OKRs.
    - Manage the process for ongoing OKR tracking, progress updates, and quarterly/annual reviews.
  • Process Harmonization & Knowledge Management
    - Drive the harmonization and centralization of document storage across the Legal function, ensuring consistency, access control, and ease of use.
    - Coordinate risk tracking, matter tracking, and reporting routines to ensure accurate, consistent information flow.
