YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a talented and ambitious Marketing Analyst - Growth to join our SEE (Southeastern Europe) Growth team, to help us boost and take to the next level acquisition and engagement initiatives for Serbia.

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Acquire deep knowledge of growth KPIs across the funnel, what are the key drivers of these and when/ how to pull such levers to drive orders
  • Run insightful ad-hoc analysis helping the Head of Marketing to craft the country marketing strategy & identify new growth opportunities
  • Develop existing forecast model to set business targets across the growth funnel and establish KPIs reporting on a weekly/ monthly basis
  • Lead recurring business reviews to monitor health of the business including assessment of the competitive landscape and its impact on Glovo’s market performance
  • Analyze how offline and online activations, promo or pricing strategies affect growth and propose next best actions, leveraging on your technical and analytical skills
  • Support the growth and the local teams on ad-hoc cross-departmental analysis to identify impact on growth of logistics and partner decision.

You have:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or any related field
  • Proficiency in English and Serbian (nice-to-have)
  • SQL proficiency
  • Business acumen and passion for end-to-end project management
  • Critical reasoning
  • Capability of bridging analytical and communication skills for added-value impact
  • Comfortable in tracking/reporting on KPIs
  • Consumer understanding skills
  • Expertise with Office - Google docs/sheets/slides
  • Nice-to-have expertise on Python, Looker studio
  • Hands-on attitude. You’ll have to roll up your sleeves!
