Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage various monitoring and observability tools to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

  • Oversee the management of our Active Directory infrastructure and ensure the smooth operation of Windows operating systems supporting internal applications.

  • Supervise our AWS deployments (SaaS) operating on AWS EKS.

  • Maintain and enhance tools for implementing DevOps principles, including CI/CD automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) on our Cloud-based systems.

  • Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot our product microservices and tools, including databases.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Over 4 years of professional experience in Infrastructure Operations, with 2+ years of focused DevOps experience.

  • Experience with cloud computing technologies, preferably AWS.

  • Strong scripting and automation skills such as bash, Python, PowerShell .

  • Experience utilizing IaC tools, such as Terraform.

  • Familiarity with GitOps and CI/CD methodologies, utilizing tools like ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.

  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with alerting and monitoring tools such as DataDog, Prometheus, and Grafana.

  • Results-driven mindset with a strong commitment to task completion.

  • Great communication skills.

  • Ability to drive projects from inception to implementation.

  • A self-motivated individual capable of proactive problem-solving and strategic thinking.

  • Comfortable working in a high-scale, rapidly evolving environment.
