Lucid Motors is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to support our Interior and Safety commodities. This role is responsible for managing supplier quality across the full lifecycle—from early design through mass production—ensuring robust manufacturing processes, effective quality controls, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings strong engineering fundamentals, cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to adapt across diverse product types and supplier capabilities.

You Will:

Own supplier quality activities for Interior and Safety components, including molded plastics, soft trim, restraints, and airbag systems.
Collaborate with Design Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure supplier readiness and alignment with product requirements.
Support early design reviews and DFM discussions, incorporating lessons learned and driving manufacturability improvements.
Develop and execute quality plans, including inspection criteria, test methods, and gaging strategies.
Facilitate APQP deliverables and PPAP submissions, ensuring timely and complete documentation from suppliers. &l
