YOUR MISSION
Build the best Talent House worldwide! As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will lead a team of talented recruiters that will be the advisor and gatekeeper that Glovo needs, helping the business raise the bar with every hire. You will understand and advise the hiring managers with your market expertise, analyze TA metrics, and build robust recruiting strategies to attract the best talent while caring about the operational excellence of our recruitment process and keep always at the center of your work the quality of both candidates and hiring managers' experience.
THE JOURNEY
- Lead an end-to-end recruitment team of 8-15 people which own research, sourcing, candidate assessment & management, offer recommendation, negotiation & acceptance.
- Coach your team and hiring managers on excellent recruitment practices making sure we have a high-bar recruitment process to attract and select the best talent for Glovo
- Improve upon existing programs and develop innovative strategies around finding top talent
- Utilizing ATS reports, dashboards, and other tools to illustrate the recruiting pipeline and results
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders within your assigned global business unit, advising them on market trends, compensation, and talent strategy.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Ideally 8+ years of experience recruiting different profiles in a fast-paced environment (ideally experience in a scale-up or tech companies).
- Previous experience managing a team of about 8+ TA professionals
- History of collaborating successfully with senior hiring managers and business leaders.
- Experience working on a variety of roles/levels at an international level.
- Stellar networking skills and the ability to make smart recruiting partnerships happen.
- Metrics oriented. You understand and value backing up recruiting strategy and goals with existing data (while never compromising the quality and the candidate experience).
- Ability to influence different type of decision markers, advise senior leaders and influence strategic hiring decisions
