Braze’s Solutions Consulting team are trusted advisors to prospective customers during the sales process, bringing extensive product expertise, strategic vision, and best practices to bear. We strive to lay strong foundations, beginning pre-sales, for long-term partnership between Braze and our customers.

THE ROLE

As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will operate at the intersection of technology and creativity, leveraging your deep technical knowledge in a sales setting. You will do more than just present a product; you will listen for underlying business challenges and craft innovative solutions that make our customers feel understood. You are a technical storyteller who helps the world's most recognizable brands "make it real" by tangibly demonstrating the value of Braze. You will expand your knowledge of B2C engagement marketing, mobile marketing automation, email, SMS, APIs, analytics, and more.

  • Experienced in Technical Sales: You have a successful track record in a customer-facing role like Solutions Consulting or Sales Engineering. Alternatively, you may be an Account Executive with a strong, proven passion for technology and a desire to specialize in a more technical capacity.
