WHOOP is seeking a Senior IT Support Technician to play a critical role in creating a world-class employee experience. We believe that in order to build the world’s best product, our IT team must relentlessly enable employees to do their best work without friction. While much of this role will focus on solving employee problems, we’re looking for someone who believes great IT is about preventing problems, not just reacting to them.
You’ll provide high-impact support across a broad portfolio of hardware and software tools, collaborate with engineering teams to solve root causes, and help drive the success of high-profile meetings and events. If you're highly technical, people-oriented, proactive, and can’t stand seeing the same problem twice, this role might be for you.
