About the Role

As the Senior Specialist, Workplace Operations, you'll own the strategic execution of Toronto's workplace programs and vendor management. You'll design and optimize service programs (F&B, cleaning, facilities), negotiate vendor contracts, ensure Health & Safety compliance, and serve as the operational backup for the Senior Manager. You'll focus on program ownership, performance management, and continuous improvement, ensuring our flagship headquarters delivers an exceptional employee experience.
