As part of our Customer Service team, you will work closely with senior colleagues who will guide you through resolving first‑level inquiries, improving service processes, and learning how digital tools and platforms help us deliver excellent support. From day one, you will have a dedicated mentor/buddy and a clear development path.

Work model: Hybrid (3 office days, chosen by you)

Location: Curie-Skłodowskiej 12, Wrocław (Nobilis Business House)

What You Will Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries through email, phone, chat, messaging platforms, and social media.
  • Provide accurate, friendly, and timely support, meeting service standards and SLA targets.
  • Solve basic customer issues and escalate more complex cases to senior specialists or second‑level support.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across Customer Service, Digital, and Operations teams.
  • Use CRM and ticketing systems to log, track, and update customer requests.
  • Support the maintenance of FAQs, knowledge bases, and self‑service materials.
  • Collect and report customer feedback and contribute ideas for improving customer journeys.
  • Participate in training, coaching, and ongoing skill development.
  • Follow established processes, service guidelines, and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and French/German/Spanish/Italian (written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with computer applications, including MS Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer‑focused mindset and positive, proactive attitude
  • Problem‑solving approach and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
