About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager to join our fast-moving, cross-functional Growth team focused on driving customer acquisition, activation, and expansion. This role helps turn strategy into execution by operationalizing experiments, streamlining internal tools, and enabling product-led growth at scale. You’ll work closely with product managers, marketers, data analysts, and sales teams to ensure smooth rollouts, track performance of A/B tests, and uncover insights that drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Your mission is to help deliver a frictionless customer journey—from first touch to product adoption and expansion—by improving time-to-value, enabling personalization at scale, and supporting data-driven decisions. Whether it's launching in-product onboarding flows, supporting lifecycle campaigns, or coordinating cross-functional growth initiatives, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our strategies are executed flawlessly and continuously optimized for impact.
