Responsibilities:
Conduct keyword, trend, and content gap research in partnership with the Growth team to identify high-impact content opportunities
Own the content calendar end to end, planning, prioritizing, and maintaining a consistent publishing cadence
Produce and oversee high-quality cornerstone and enablement content, including blog posts, e-books, guides, infographics, white papers, courses, case studies, and other long-form assets
Write and optimize landing page and email copy to support integrated content marketing campaigns
Contribute to the development and execution of content strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions, proactively recommending new formats, topics, and distribution approaches
Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure content aligns with business objectives, product priorities, and cross-functional needs
Manage external contributors and freelancers, owning content planning, briefing, review cycles, and publication
Partner with social, paid, communications, lifecycle, and other teams to ensure effective content distribution and amplification
Create audience-centric content tailored to multiple personas and stages of the buyer’s journey across the product suite, operating independently with minimal guidance
Track, analyze, and optimize content performance across traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics, using insights to continuously improve results
Requirements:
Ability to write engaging and compelling content
Good understanding of SEO and AEO principles, and the ability to make informed content ideas
Minimum of 3 years in content creation roles within a B2B environment, preferably focusing on product-led content
Comfortable writing about payroll, compliance, legal, HR, or similar topics
