QC Inspector

In this position, you will support laboratory testing, batch verification, material evaluation, and quality documentation to uphold our strict quality standards. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong technical foundation in paint or chemical processes, hands‑on QC experience in a manufacturing environment, and a commitment to maintaining accuracy, consistency, and continuous improvement across production activities.
 

Main Responsibilities:

• Verify formular and component specifications on batch cards
• Set up, adjusts, calibrates and operates laboratory equipment and instruments
• Test samples of manufactured products to verify conformity to specifications
• Record test results on batch cards, checklist and in our computer operating system
• Manage quality records and retains of production batches
• Evaluate retains of production batches in response to quality complaint
• Conduct incoming material testing, ensuring conformance to required specifications
• Perform routine testing during production and finished product to ensure finish product are filled and packaged according to specifications
• Perform quality audit of laboratory and production work instruction to ensure compliance to Quality Policy
   

Qualifications:

• Minimum college certification in relevant discipline
• Minimum 2 years of quality control experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the paint and coatings industry
• Knowledge in chemicals, paint or coatings
