We are seeking a high-energy Training Specialist to join our team in Detroit. In this role, you will deliver engaging training programs that accelerate mortgage sales professionals’ readiness, sharpen their sales skills, and strengthen compliance. Using our Tell–Show–Do–Practice–Review model, you’ll coach professionals through real-world mortgage scenarios, helping them gain confidence using Tinman technology and drive business results.
