YOUR MISSION
You will be a key analytical partner for Glovo’s commercial teams, providing revenue and pricing insights for advertising and monetisation products. You will leverage partners’ KPIs, historical data, market conditions, and internal targets to build forecasts, models, and pricing and sales strategies across products, campaigns, and segments.
As part of the Monetization team at Glovo HQ, you will help improve partners’ P&L and scale revenue streams from Ads, Promotions, and other monetization services. Working in a global setup, your insights will directly support Ads & Monetization business plans and contribute to company P&L.
You will act as a senior individual contributor, owning complex analytical initiatives end-to-end and influencing strategic decisions through data. You’ll operate in a fast-growing, experimental environment where iteration and continuous learning are part of daily work.
THE JOURNEY
- KPI & Performance Ownership. Define, own, and evolve business KPIs, data models, and funnels to drive revenue strategy and performance visibility.
- Business Insights & Decision Support. Translate business questions into actionable insights that inform product development, sales optimization, and strategic decisions.
- Visualization & Reporting. Build and own scalable, self-service dashboards and reporting frameworks that enable data-driven decision-making.
- Forecasting & Financial Planning. Deliver accurate revenue forecasts, variance analyses, and growth models to support planning and investment decisions.
- Revenue Growth & Profitability. Identify data-driven opportunities to grow advertising revenue, improve conversion and margins, and maximize partner value.
- Advanced Analytical Leadership. Independently lead complex, multi-stakeholder analytical initiatives from problem definition to impact measurement.
- Stakeholder Partnership. Act as a trusted data partner to business leaders, helping them leverage insights to solve ambiguous, high-impact problems.
Mentorship & Continuous Improvement. Mentor junior analysts and proactively improve analytical standards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- 2-4 years of experience in a quantitative analysis role, ideally in commercial or monetization teams
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R, including analytics libraries (e.g. Pandas, SciPy, Jupyter)
