About the Role
The Solutions Team are technical experts that work directly with customers and partners to provide world-class product, sales, industry, and domain expertise. Through deep customer/partner and product understanding, Partner Consultants are trusted advisors externally, and able to positively influence the product roadmap internally. Partner Consultants support Ramp’s Partner Managers across our diverse channel ecosystem — including accounting firms, value-added resellers, private equity firms, and more — by delivering deep product expertise and workflow advisement to partners and their clients. PCs build partner competency, guide best-practice adoption, and strengthen partner trust in Ramp’s capabilities to help them drive meaningful outcomes for the businesses they serve.
What You’ll Do
Partner with Channel, Partnerships, Sales, Product and Partner Firms to advocate for product & integration development in-line with customer needs
Collaborate with Ramp Channel Partner Managers to showcase technical accounting features and benefits through customized product demos, workflow illustrations, and enablement creation to onboard and train Ramp's partners
Help partners build service packages targeted at Ramp customers and identify opportunities for client-advisory services or managed-services. Develop product solutions based on a deep understanding of integration and configuration options, ensuring effective alignment with customer needs
Architect, advise on, and validate custom API-based integrations between Ramp and third-party platforms — supporting partners in the design, build, and testing of reliable, scalable integrations.
Support Sales and Post-Sales teams in executing advanced technical and accounting implementations for Ramp in conjunction with Channel partners
Evaluate customer requirements for new partner opportunities, determining Ramp's suitability through use-case analysis, ROI assessments, and technical evaluations during customer discovery
