We are seeking a Senior Demo Engineer to join our Solutions organization. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and management of our demo infrastructure and assets. You will set the standard for how our platform is showcased, ensuring that our Solutions and Sales teams can deliver impactful demonstrations at scale. As a senior member of the team, you will drive strategy, mentor peers, and influence how we represent our product to prospects and customers.
Responsibilities:
Demo Platform Ownership: Architect, build, and maintain scalable demo systems and environments that reflect real-world customer scenarios.
Innovation & Strategy: Define the long-term vision for demo infrastructure, including automation, repeatability, and integration with GTM workflows.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a technical and strategic partner to Solutions Engineers, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure demo alignment with customer and market needs.
Scalability & Reliability: Establish best practices to ensure demo environments are robust, performant, and globally available.
Customization at Scale: Develop frameworks and tools that enable repeatable customization of demos for strategic opportunities.
Technical Mentorship: Guide junior demo engineers and solutions engineers on demo best practices, technical skills, and delivery techniques.
Feedback & Insights: Provide structured feedback loops to Product and Engineering to influence roadmap based on demo usage and customer reactions.
Enablement: Lead training programs and create resources to empower internal stakeholders to deliver high-impact demos.
Partnership: Work closely with Engineering and Product teams to ensure technical alignment of early access/beta functionality within the demo environments.
Key Success Metrics:
Demo Reliability & Uptime: Maintain demo environment availability of 99%+ for internal stakeholders.
Adoption & Usage: Drive measurable adoption of demo platforms across Sales, Solutions, and Customer Success teams.
Efficiency Gains: Reduce manual demo setup time by [X]% through automation and self-service capabilities.
Impact on Sales Cycle: Demonstrated influence on shortening sales cycles and increasing win rates through demo effectiveness.
Stakeholder Satisfaction: Achieve high satisfaction scores (e.g., internal NPS) from sales and solutions teams regarding demo tools and experiences.
Innovation & Scale: Successfully launch new demo capabilities or frameworks that enable scalability across regions, verticals, or customer segments.
Qualifications:
Experience: 7+ years in technical roles such as Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Marketing, or related, with at least 3 years focused on demo infrastructure or enablement.
Technical Expertise:
Strong proficiency with scripting/programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL).
Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Proven experience with APIs, integrations, and system architecture.
Familiarity with CI/CD, Dev
