YOUR MISSION
You will join the Global Operations team responsible to ensure QCommerce MFCs (micro fulfillment centers) operate with the global standards and best practices world wide. You will see MFCs growing from scratch to achieve operational excellence.
THE JOURNEY
- Develop end to end analysis to identify opportunities to increase MFC productivity for inbound and outbound operations.
- Work on different improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence.
- Be part of the definition and process implementation of strategic projects and Product deployments.
- Monitor and coordinate improvement plans and projects to ensure that the results are of the highest standards.
- Collaborate in the definition and management of benchmarking metrics for MFC operations.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Bachelor in Engineering, Maths or any technological domain
- Ability to work at least 40h per week 8h/day during at least 6 months
- A data-driven mentality: taking decisions based on data and using good business judgment when necessary.
- Problem-solving skills: no problem is too small or too big
- You're highly agile and thrive in ambiguous environments.
- You’re an owner, you have a natural bias for action, are always pushing for things to happen, and are objective and deadline-oriented.
- You’ve great communication skills, and ability to engage internal and external stakeholders. Fluency in English is a must.
- An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude.
- Nice to have: SQL and Python basic knowledge
