YOUR MISSION

Join Glovo’s  Partner Acquisition HQ team and help drive global growth in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. As a Sr. Business Analyst - Revenue you will be responsible for a critical area of Glovo’s growth: Partner Performance (first 30 days),

ensuring that the thousands of newly onboarded partners successfully activate, reach their first orders quickly, and achieve operational excellence from day one.

This is a cross-functional role, requiring collaboration with Sales, Partner Operations, Account Management, Finance, Legal, and Product to build scalable processes that improve partner performance and revenue capture.

THE JOURNEY

  • Own the Partner Performance KPIs across markets, ensuring consistent execution of partner onboarding, order activation, and performance monitoring.
  • Coordinate with 22 local teams the GTM of different initiatives, tools and frameworks. 
  • Design and track KPIs for partner performance in the first 30 days (uptime, time to first order, cancellations, first 15 orders).
  • Build automated workflows and dashboards to flag and follow up on partners at risk.
  • Support sales, content  and account managers in ensuring new partners go live and stay active.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • 3/4  years of experience in business analysis, strategy & operations, consulting, or revenue management (experience in tech, marketplaces, or fintech is a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to manipulate data (SQL, Excel/Sheets, Looker) and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue, Operations, Finance, and Legal.
  • Strong project management skills – able to run multi-country rollouts and keep multiple stakeholders aligned.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data and processes into simple actions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on scalability, process improvement, and automation.
