YOUR MISSION
We're looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Q-Commerce Intern - Retail & Pharma to join our growing team in Poland. You’ll gain hands-on experience in account management, operations and data analysis within the retail and health category. You’ll work closely with Account Managers helping things run smoothly, support key partners and learn how data, operations and relationships come together in one of the fastest-growing areas of Glovo.
THE JOURNEY
- Support the daily operational management of retail and health category partners.
- Handle partner requests, follow up on ongoing issues and coordinate execution.
- Manage partner data and access across internal tools, including CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve operations and content quality.
- Prepare reports, analyse data and track progress towards key targets.
- Support actions to improve partner results and daily operations.
- Assist in onboarding new partners by gathering necessary tools and information.
- Help prepare summaries and key insights for presentations.
- Monitor competitor and category trends; collect market insights and industry news.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- You’re a student of Business, Economics, Management or a related field.
- You love working with data and are comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and spoken Polish and English.
- Curiosity, can-do attitude, and eagerness to learn about q-commerce and account management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bonus Points:
- Previous internship or project experience in Sales, Account Management, or Digital Marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or campaign dashboards (e.g. Salesforce, Looker Studio).
- Interest in the food delivery, q-commerce, or retail media industry.
