Where we Work
Udemy is a global company headquartered in San Francisco, with additional U.S. offices in Denver and Austin, and international hubs in Australia, India, Ireland, Mexico, and Türkiye. This is an in-office position, requiring three days a week in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, Aura, LWR for Lightning Web Component development

Expert-level Flow builder skills with the ability to create complex, multi-step flows

Experience with SOQL and SOSL query optimization for large data volumes

Demonstrated ability to design and implement custom APIs using Apex REST and SOAP services

About this role
As Udemy transitions from Zendesk to Salesforce Service and Experience Clouds, we are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Service Cloud Developer to help design, build, and scale solutions that enhance our global customer support operations. Supporting both Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and B2B (Enterprise) use cases, you will be instrumental in delivering complex, secure, and scalable implementations using both declarative tools and custom Apex/LWC development. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Admins, and cross-functional business partners to bring strategic initiatives to life—from advanced case management to AI-driven automation.
