Lucid Motors is seeking a Global Supply Manager to support strategic sourcing and procurement activities across a variety of indirect categories. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a broad understanding of indirect procurement within a manufacturing or technology-driven organization.
You Will:
- Manage sourcing and procurement across multiple indirect categories, which may include—but are not limited to—professional services, facilities, testing, HR, finance, security, and travel.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify sourcing needs, define requirements, and develop procurement strategies that deliver value to Lucid.
- Lead supplier identification, qualification, and selection processes, including RFIs and RFQs.
- Analyze supplier proposals and develop recommendations balancing cost, quality, lead time, and technical considerations.
- Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to ensure performance and compliance.
- Oversee purchase order creation, delivery tracking, and issue resolution.
