Standalone tailors and cover letters are documents you create on your own (e.g. for jobs you apply to outside Aplyr). Quick Apply auto-tailoring runs automatically on every credit-spending submission for Pro and Ultra — and it does not count against your standalone limit.

Failed submissions are refunded automatically — you only pay for what actually goes through. Questions about pricing?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription. You keep full access until the end of your current billing period — no fees, no contracts, no questions asked. After that you drop back to Free, so credit-based applying and Autopilot pause; you can resubscribe anytime to pick right back up.
Credits are spendable while you're on an active paid plan. If you cancel, your monthly plan credits and any purchased pack credits are kept but paused — you can't spend them on Free. Resubscribe and your pack credits are usable again (packs are valid for 12 months from purchase); monthly plan credits don't carry over, so you simply get your plan's fresh allowance for the new cycle. Trial credits are the exception — those you can use on Free.
No — your monthly plan credits reset to your plan's full allowance at the start of each billing cycle, so it's best to use them within the cycle. Purchased pack credits are separate: they do carry over month to month, but they're only spendable on an active paid plan and expire 12 months after purchase.
Every new account gets 5 trial credits — enough to try Quick Apply on a few real jobs without a paid plan. Trial credits expire 30 days after your account is created, so use them while exploring. No credit card required.
Anytime. Open Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription to switch between Lite, Pro, and Ultra. Upgrades take effect immediately — you're prorated and get the credit difference between your old and new plan added right away. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe. International cards are welcome — we charge in USD and your card issuer handles the conversion at the network rate.
If something goes wrong on our end (a misapplied charge, a failed submission you were charged for, etc.), email support@aplyr.ai and we'll make it right. We don't offer general satisfaction refunds — but you can cancel any subscription anytime with no penalty.
We retry the charge automatically over the next few days. While the issue is unresolved you'll see a banner in the app prompting you to update your payment method, and we'll email you to make sure you noticed. Your access stays active during the retry window.
Yes. We use Stripe for all payments — your card information goes directly to Stripe and never touches our servers. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified, the highest tier available.
