La risorsa ricercata è un* Client Inside Sales, che verrà inserit* all’interno della Direzione Marketing. La figura sarà dedicata allo sviluppo del segmento SMEs, attraverso il canale telefonico, con l'obiettivo di incoraggiare l'adoption delle nostre soluzioni Ticket Restaurant® e Edenred Shopping.
Principali attività:
Ricerca e acquisizione di nuovi clienti a partire dalla gestione di lead, attraverso attività in outbound, inbound e recall;
Gestione end-to-end del processo di attivazione dei clienti acquisiti;
Fidelizzazione di clienti esistenti con attività di upselling e cross selling;
Redazione reportistiche dettagliate sulla propria attività attraverso l’utilizzo del CRM aziendale (Salesforce);
Raggiungimento dei target assegnati e monitoraggio dei KPIs;

Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nella vendita telefonica di servizi B2B;
Titolo di studio: costituisce titolo preferenziale un’estrazione universitaria;
Pregressa esperienza di lavoro con obiettivi/KPIs assegnati;
Conoscenza di un ERP, preferibilmente Salesforce;
Conoscenza di Excel.
