Position Overview
The Product Proposition – Go-To-Market (GTM) Intern supports the Product & Proposition team in preparing and executing the launch of insurance products.
This role provides exposure across the full product lifecycle - from market research and customer insight generation to GTM execution, sales enablement, and post-launch tracking.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product & Market Analysis Support
- Support market research and competitor comparisons for Life & Health Insurance products.
- Assist in data gathering and analysis for product features, benefits, pricing structures, and positioning.
- Prepare comparison tables, summaries, and insights for internal use.
2. Product Proposition & Positioning
- Support development of product value proposition, key messages, and target customer segments
- Assist in preparing product concept slides, positioning decks, and internal presentations
- Ensure consistency of messaging across stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Distribution).
3. GTM Planning & Execution Support
- Assist in preparing GTM materials: Product one-pagers, Sales kits, Training decks, Marketing briefs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Training, Distribution) to track readiness
- Support rollout tracking (materials readiness, communication timelines)
4. Sales Enablement & Training Support
- Help prepare training content and internal communication (e.g., training decks, EDM content)
- Consolidate feedback from agency/distribution teams
- Support logistics and materials for training sessions if required.
5. Team & Project Support
- Support meeting coordination, note-taking, and action tracking.
- Work closely with the manager to learn end-to-end product lifecycle management.

Job Requirements
Education
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
Skills
- Strong analytical and structured thinking
- Good presentation and communication skills (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
