Descripción del rol

En VML Colombia buscamos un/a Accounts Payable Assistant con orientación al detalle, organización y conocimiento en procesos contables para apoyar la gestión de cuentas por pagar.
Este rol será responsable de ejecutar tareas operativas del área financiera, garantizando el correcto registro, control y seguimiento de facturas y pagos.

Responsabilidades

Registrar y validar facturas de proveedores de acuerdo con las políticas internas.
Verificar soportes, órdenes de compra y aprobaciones correspondientes.
Apoyar el procesamiento de pagos a proveedores en los tiempos establecidos.
Realizar conciliaciones básicas relacionadas con cuentas por pagar.
Dar seguimiento a solicitudes e inquietudes de proveedores.
Apoyar los procesos de cierre contable mensual.
Mantener organizada y actualizada la documentación contable.
Apoyar otras tareas administrativas del área financiera cuando sea requerido.

Requisitos

Experiencia entre 1 y 2 años en cargos de cuentas por pagar o áreas contables.
Formación técnica, tecnológica o profesional en Contabilidad, Finanzas o carreras afines.
Conocimiento básico de procesos contables y cuentas por pagar.
