Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition (6-month contract)

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead end-to-end hiring for Marketing, Merchandising and other critical business functions across international markets. Own workforce planning, search strategy, stakeholder alignment, and offer execution.
• Partner closely with senior leaders to define role scope, raise the bar on talent, and build hiring strategies aligned to aggressive growth targets.
• Build and proactively manage global pipelines for high-impact marketing and growth talent using advanced sourcing, market mapping, and competitive intelligence.
• Set and uphold a high-standard, relationship-led candidate experience that reflects Castlery’s culture and strengthens our employer brand.
• Drive hiring through data. You'll track performance, surface insights, and influence decisions with market benchmarks and pipeline analytics.
• Act as a visible talent ambassador, positioning Castlery as a premium, high-growth employer in competitive global markets.

 

What you need to succeed:  

• 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within retail, e-commerce, tech industries 
• Demonstrated experience managing the entire recruitment process for corporate roles 
• Good understanding and hands-on experience with various sourcing techniques and modern recruitment tools
