About the role
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of product strategies for digital ecosystem solutions across the LACA region, including digital wallets and prepaid products.
- Drive regional digital initiatives by launching new products and continuously optimizing existing experiences to improve customer adoption and engagement.
- Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities that enhance the end-to-end user experience.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new growth opportunities aligned with regional customer needs and evolving industry dynamics.
- Assess new market opportunities, including product expansion, strategic partnerships, and entry into new customer segments.
- Build and contribute to robust business cases, defining value propositions, expected impact, and prioritization frameworks.
- Support the sizing and scoping of opportunities to define a clear, data-driven product roadmap balancing short- and long-term objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Intelligence, Compliance, Risk, Payments, Design, and Go-To-Market teams to ensure successful product delivery and alignment.
- Influence key stakeholders across regions and functions to drive alignment, execution, and product success.
Role Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital product management, preferably in consumer-facing environments within financial services.
- Advanced English level is required.
- Proven experience in payments, remittances, and/or digital wallet ecosystems in LACA Region.
- Strong experience working cross-functionally with Compliance, Risk, Payments, Design, and Technology teams.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable product decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Experience managing or leading cross-functional initiatives and driving execution in dynamic environments.
Work Shift
