💼 What You’ll Do

As a key part of our team, you will:

• 📊 Maintain and organize resident medical records (paper & electronic)
• 🏥 Ensure charts are complete, accurate, and compliant with regulations
• 🔐 Protect confidential health information in accordance with HIPAA
• 📞 Respond to medical records requests and coordinate with staff and agencies
• 🗂️ File, retrieve, and track records efficiently
• 🤝 Collaborate with nursing, administrative staff, and consultants
• 📝 Assist with reports, audits, and documentation processes

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• Typing speed of 45+ WPM
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred, not required)
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
