In October 2020, Four Seasons Hotel Macao introduced The Grand Suites, an all-suite tower that took the concept of luxury and bespoke services to new heights. With the addition of 289 suites, the Hotel's room count increased to a combined total of 649 keys, making it the largest property within the Four Seasons group. About the role:
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales Managers and Director(s) while being familiar with all aspects of the sales process.

What you will do:

• Receive and respond to incoming telephone calls in accordance with Four Seasons Standards and assist with overflow calls for Sales & Marketing

• Prepare accurate written correspondence including letters, contracts, reports, banquet event orders, schedule of events

• Assist with all guest inquiries within the Sales and Marketing department, including assisting with high telephone volume and walk-in site inspections

• Participate in hotel specific, local, and Four Seasons sponsored sales blitz, and telephone blitz activity

• Maintain the various Sales file systems, both electronic and paper, including Account Files, Program Evaluation Database, Master binders and Resumes

What you bring

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English, Cantonese and Mandarin languages

• A minimum a high school or equivalent education

• Strong communications (telephone and in person)

• Requires knowledge of and ability to operate computer equipment

• Basic knowledge of hotel operations
