Job Description:

The Department of French Studies is seeking an Instructor of French, who is capable of teaching undergraduate elementary and intermediate language courses for the Fall 2026 semester.


Job Summary:

Instructor teaches courses as assigned by the Chair of the department.

Full-time positions teach 12 hours of course assignments each semester.


Minimum Qualifications:

Master's Degree in French Studies or related field.


Preferred Qualifications:

PhD and university-level teaching experience

Near-native fluency in French
