Helper Rate: $20 per hour
We are seeking a reliable and experienced helper to assist a female client in preparing for her physical therapy appointments. She requires hands-on support with personal care and transfers, including use of a Hoyer lift.
The home includes a 6-month-old puppy, so comfort around pets is important.
Care Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing and dressing
- Prepare breakfast
- Perform safe transfers (bed to wheelchair) using a Hoyer lift
- Provide general morning routine support
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- 8:00 AM – 11:30 AM
Ideal Candidate
- Experience with Hoyer lift transfers (required)
- Non-smoker
- Pet-friendly (home has a puppy)
- Must have reliable transportation
- Patient, attentive, and safety-focused
This role is ideal for a helper with hands-on personal care experience, especially with mobility equipment, who can help ensure a smooth and safe morning routine before therapy sessions.
