Working Student (f/m/d) Communication in Digital Transformations

The Enterprise Architecture Team is seeking a Working Student (f/m/d) (10h/week) to support communication and content creation activities at Heidelberg Materials. Join our dynamic team at Heidelberg Materials and contribute to the transformation of the heavy building materials industry.

The Enterprise Architecture team plays a vital role in enabling our international teams to implement and embrace digital solutions, fostering a culture of agility, and driving the necessary behavioral and mindset changes for a successful global digital transformation. 

As a Working Student in our team, you will play an important role in assisting the enterprise architects in various aspects, including change management, training, and communication. You will work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment within our digital department. This position is based in Heidelberg, Germany, with the possibility of remote work.

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE

• Provide support in Enterprise Architecture activities within our strategic digital initiatives in campaigns, workshops, trainings and information events

• Help us transforming complex digital topics into easy digestible communication formats

• Design convincing and motivating communication on the upcoming changes for internal recipients and communication channels

• Develop and organize the content creation and creation of training and communication packages

• Coordinate and collaborate with people and teams in other departments and countries 

• Learn about our industry, business lines and digital initiatives through training and workshops offered by the company

YOUR PROFILE

• Studies in business informatics, communication, design, business administration, change management, or a comparable field

• Proficiency and fluency in English 

• Good knowledge of MS Office

• Good analytical skills, you can understand problems and find solutions for them

• You are goal-driven, creative, curious and proactive

• You are a good communicator

• You are a curious learner

• Interest in enterprise architecture, digital transformation or organizational communication

• You work well independently and in a team of people with international backgrounds
