Position Overview
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, clinically confident, and ready to make an impact across both patient intake and day-to-day nursing operations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless admissions while also supporting and guiding nursing staff on the floor.

Key Responsibilities

Admissions Coordination

  • Review and evaluate incoming referrals for accuracy and appropriateness
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to determine admission eligibility
  • Initiate and process admission orders for accepted residents
  • Ensure a smooth, timely transition for all new admissions

Nurse Supervisor

  • Provide leadership, support, and direction to nursing staff
  • Assist with clinical duties as needed
  • Mentor and educate team members to support professional growth
  • Maintain high standards of care and compliance with policies
  • Serve as a clinical resource for decision-making and problem-solving

Qualifications

  • Active RN or LPN license
  • Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills

Preferred Experience

  • Admissions or intake experience in a healthcare setting
  • Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience
