Job Responsibilities:

Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen und Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen
Unterstützung des standortübergreifend verantwortlichen Operational Improvement Managers bei standortspezifischen Themen
Unterstützung der Fachabteilung bei der Implementierung und Verbesserung der MAFACT-Prozesse
Sicherstellung und Überprüfung der Einhaltung von 5S-Standards im Werk
Durchführung von Gemba-Walks, Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen und Einleitung von Maßnahmen
Aufbereitung und Pflege relevanter, vorgegebener Daten und KPIs
Koordination und Abwicklung des internen Vorschlagswesens

Wissen und Ausbildung

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene (technische/kaufmännische) Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbar
Erfahrungen mit den relevanten Produktionsprozessen am Standort sowie idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Qualitätsbereich und/ oder mit Lean-Aufgabenstellungen
Kenntnisse in MS Office
Belastbarkeit, Durchsetzungsstärke sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
