- Develop and maintain existing Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and LWCs across the Salesforce platform.
- Create scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to move and transform data between Salesforce and platforms like Snowflake or NetSuite.
- Use Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk) and tools like Boomi, MuleSoft, or Python to maintain integrations.
- Use Apache Airflow for scheduling and Salesforce Flow for event-driven automation.
- You will participate in the planning and analysis of requirements for system enhancements, translating requirements into well-architected solutions that best use the Salesforce platform and products.
- You will provide level of effort estimates for proposed solutions along with the benefits and risks to a solution's feasibility and functionality.
- You will participate in training team members in technical best practices.
- You will research and gather performance data from monitoring solutions and recommend system improvements to increase efficiency and success for users and systems.
You Have:
- 8+ years of experience in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning development, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk API) and tools such as Data Loader or Salesforce Connect.
- In-depth knowledge of REST APIs and experience building integrations with Salesforce.
- Must have knowledge in engineering experience with 1 or more non-SQL languages like Python, Scala or Java
- Experience with at least one cloud data warehouse: Snowflake, Google BigQuery, or Amazon Redshift.
- Experience working with source control and continuous integration.
Good to have
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Data Architect.
- Experience with MuleSoft, Fivetran, or Informatica for enterprise integration.
- Exposure to CRM Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics).
- Experience working in a SaaS company or high-growth technology environment.
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks, GDPR/PDPA data compliance, or data cataloguing tools (e.g., Alation, Collibra).
- Understanding of event-driven architectures and streaming platforms such as Apache Kafka or Salesforce Platform Events.
