About the role
Duties & Responsibilities
- Analyze workflows, handoffs, pain points, and operational trends to identify improvement opportunities.
- Design and document scalable processes, SOPs, controls, and change management materials.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for operational issues, escalations, and recurring gaps.
- Coordinate process support for new product introduction, go-to-market operations, ticket management, credit, royalties, and related initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, align process changes, and support adoption.
- Track process performance, demand, and improvement outcomes to support prioritization and capacity planning.
- Build repeatable practices that improve resolution speed, scalability, and operational efficiency.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong process analysis, workflow design, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Industrial Engineering methods, including process mapping, capacity analysis, time studies, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and translate findings into practical corrective actions.
- Strong collaboration skills across Product, Operations, PMO, IT, Billing, and Customer Operations.
- Working knowledge of change management, process controls, metrics, and operational reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- 3+ years experience documenting and improving cross-functional business processes.
- 3+ years experience supporting operational issue resolution, root cause analysis, workflow optimization, and change management.
