Responsibilities:
Create working instruction and set up the vulcanization parameter/layout /material flow etx. based on process development information.
To participate the customer audit and internal audit. follow up the process related actions.
Responsible for all the process related trouble shooting /unplanned vulcanization machine or tooling breakdown.
Participate the PTR and IRR , organize the pre-serious sample production.
Manage process related continous improving project
Qualifications:
Bachelor or above in Polymer Science and engineering , rubber mechanical related.
More than 2 years experience with rubber plastic recipe research or with rubber injection process development related fields.
Know the basic part of pre-heating and assembly process.
Preferred in the automotive industry with experience of vibration product .
