Pizza Cook – Karbach Brewing Company 

Location: 2032 Karbach St. Houston, TX 77092 
Pay: $15/hour
Availability: Must be available Sundays 
Reports to: Kitchen Supervisors & Hospitality Management Team

Position Summary 

The Pizza Cooks prepare high-quality pies & dishes to Karbach standards, maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work area. This role supports daily kitchen operations and ensures every plate leaving the line represents our commitment to quality and consistency. 

Key Responsibilities 

·         Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and portion standards. 

·         Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and organization in all prep and service areas. 

·         Communicate effectively with kitchen teammates to ensure smooth service. 

·         Follow proper food storage and labeling procedures. 

·         Assist with kitchen setup, breakdown, and other duties as assigned. 

Requirements 

·         Prior line cook or kitchen experience preferred. 

·         Current Texas Food Handler’s Permit (or ability to obtain one).

·         Current TABC Permit (or ability to obtain one).

·         Able to work in an open kitchen & interact directly with customers

·         Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude. 

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with Sunday availability required.
